The town of Prior Lake is a sleepy little town in the southwest part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. It has a population of approximately 13,000 people and surrounds a beautiful lake by the same name. The lake covers over 1600 acres with over 50 miles of shoreline. It's a wonderful place to live. After an extended Fall (with temperatures close to 70 in November!) winter has finally arrived. It still hasn't been cold enough long enough for the lake to freeze, but give it time...it will!
